Give Up Forms
From time to time, situations can require that you find a new home for your pet. If you need to give up your dog and are looking for assistance in finding him or her a new home, please print and fill out our pet relinquishment and bite disclosure forms. Please print your answers neatly and
mail or fax
them to
Basset Hound Rescue League as soon as possible. We cannot assist you until we receive the forms.
Additionally, we will need some photos of your pet to be placed on our web pages. Digital photos can be
emailed directly while physical images can be
mailed. Please include a brief description with the images.
A donation to BHRL will greatly assist with expenses incurred with rehoming your dog. All dogs are examined by a vet and get any shots, meds, spay/nueter necesarry. ALL donations are entirely dedicated to the dogs (care, transfer, supplies, website, etc...)
